"Toon" is the nickname for your character. I.e. In character creation you make your "toon". I think it stems from the cartoony look of the characters in WoW. But dont quote me on that.

The 5,400 gp is what the DMG things you need in order to be a competent 4th level character. I'm guessing it factors in routine spending (whether on altruistic undertakings, drinking, or wenching), but not excessive "I tithe 50% to my church" kind of spending. ken Ok. Thats why I asked. I...
