The key thing to any domain is that it MUST include Stone Shape as a domain spell. This is Moraim's signature spell, one he used often and prepared almost all the time. So any user created domain that does not have that wouldn't pass muster. This one seems OK.

Keep in mind also that 5e is still a magic ecosystem in which +3 magic items exists. +3 plate ALONE would give you a 21 AC. Combine that with a +3 shield and you're already at 26 AC. Mithral is still a thing, though not for weapons so I guess that's flavor text. I think misting was also just flavor text?
