Battletech Plastic minis!

Post by Lars Porsenna »

Released at first as a exclusive at Gencon, CBT is now selling the multi-part clan Thor and Loki mechs!

These are different than the plastics that came in the boxed set. First, they are styrene plastic (i.e. better quality plastic), second, they are taken from digital sculpts rather than copying the metal sculpts (i.e. better detail and proportions), and third, while they are multipart (approx 17 to 18 per figure), since they are styrene they are much easier to assemble than metal figures.

I plan on getting at least one set.

And the cool thing, at least for the minis-phobic like me, if you order through the link Damon posted, you get one of each ASSEMBLED. :)

Seriously, I don't expect anyone to actually order. But if you do, plastic is so easy I'LL assemble them for you! I'll even do it on game night, they're so easy.

That being said, if anyone wants to go halfsies on these, I'll take the unassembled ones...
