Beyond the Gates of Antares Kickstarter

Post by Lars Porsenna »

In case anyone is interested: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/203 ... of-antares

THis is Rick Priestley's new wargame, in the mold of 40K but with all new rules, setting, etc. The setting looks interesting, a sort of high SF setting with trans- and post-humans etc. And they have a bunch of good sculptors on board.

I'm planning on doing the £25 level, which will net me a print version of the book, plus digital downloads, and an exclusive mini!

It looks pretty cool but not my thing.
The 1961 Ferrari 250GT California. Less than a hundred were made. My father spent three years restoring this car. It is his love, it is his passion.

It is his fault he didn't lock the garage.

The aesthetics are nice and man I'm such a Rick Priestly fan anyway. I love the idea of a harder-SF 40k.

They pulled the plug on the kickstarter.

Yep. Only kickstarted I ever backed, and it gets the plug pulled. Not an auspicious start...
