Actually, you get credit for a EL 8 encounter for the falling blocks because you are mostly good aligned, and helped the guy out and investigated

Thats makes it:

Ruga the Blind Bum:
10th level PC's: 94xp

11th level PC's: 69xp

Falling Blocks at the House of Radiance:
10th level PC's: 375xp

11th level PC's: 275xp
