Flynn to Guardian - Priority Message [marked as urgent]

Guardian - the motorcycle is not cutting it. I need another means of transportation, plus we can work on our good cop/bad cop routine.
I know what you're thinking - we need a car or a "Flynn Mobile" so we can work together.
Here are the specs. It is known as "the Striped Tomato".
Work from these to see what you can come up with.

Flynn. While I do think that a car is a much more practical crime fighting vehicle than a motorcycle (generally speaking), I don't actually OWN a car, nor am I particularly keen on purchasing one.
However, if you purchase a vehicle, I believe that I can in fact devote some time to some 'modifications'.
