Like the title said - here's a link. It's basically a great substitute for all the stuff that wasn't in the manual (which was a lot).

I finished the Mass Effect novel you lent me. A pretty good read, actually. And now, I'm all gung ho to play the game.

Yeah, I really like the universe they created. Nice, crunchy hard sci fi.
