Video Game Consensus: PlayStation 4

It appears that, as a group, we've started to reach critical mass on current generation platforms. A number of us have either PlayStation 4s or Xbox Ones (or both) so I thought I'd start up a thread for each to share gamer IDs, see what multiplayer games we have, and see if there's any consensus on multiplayer games we'd like to get.

I'll create a separate thread for Xbox.

FYI, if you are interested in trying a game I have let me know. There are two ways to do it:
a) I lend you the disc and you play it for a bit.
b) We both get online, I invite you into a shared session on a game I'm playing, I can give you control of the game. (basically remote access).

Also I'll send you guys friend invites from me and my wife's account (Skramzilla) so you can see what games we have.

Any interest in The Division on PS4? I've been interested since it was announced... loved the beta... but my buddies who bought it all got it on Xbone. It's a lot more fun to play with friends. Open world shooter. And only $10 right now on amazon.

I rented it as a solo campaign to little fanfare, but it might shine in coop. Complementary role, squad-based goodness. I'd go in on that for 10$.

I missed the $10 special, but I will pick it up used soon. You moved much faster than I expected.

In parallel news, my wife bought me a $35 Black Friday special new copy of Overwatch for PS4. So there's that.... :|

I've wanted The Division since the first reveal trailer. All I needed was an excuse and the right price! It's still a great Clancy shooter. Lacks something without a squad, so I'm glad to have some company whenever you get a chance.

Honestly I don't understand Overwatch. I've watched my favorite Let'a Player play it a ton... and I don't really understand the ins and outs. That said I'm not against getting it if you guys are playing, but it's not my first choice.

In the meantime I'm 70 hours into Metal Gear Solid 5... and I'm not even half way through the main missions. :)

I got Diablo III, Star Wars: Battlefront (only $10), and Witcher II today). I'm thinking of getting The Division in December (and maybe asking for Overwatch for Birthday/Xmas).

Oh! Let me know when you want to play Star Wars. I've logged far too few hours...
It's another I enjoy, but got it to play with Brother and nephew... who I've never been able to catch online.

Ha! We're all over the map.
Ok, if you both have SW:Battlefront and it's $10, I can grab that. That's a small price to get an online squad rolling. December for The Division then.

That's how we roll! LOL

I'll pick up Overwatch in the new year if you guys both end up with it. You'll just have to teach me how these characters/class breakups work.

Now we just need to schedule some gaming time. :)
