Just ordered Star Wars: The Essential Atlas , which includes:

• the Sith Wars: the progression of the universal clash between the ancient Jedi Order, their dark side counterparts, and the Mandalorian warriors who fought against both orders
• and much, much more

The book came Saturday... it is an excellent resource. It has a dedicated section on the Mandalorian Wars/Jedi Civil War with maps showing how the wars progressed, with timelines and good narrative. It's part Atlas/Gazetteer of AGFFA, and part "history"

WotC lost the Star Wars license, so no-one seems to be monitoring the internet for this out of date edition of the game. As such, the pdf's are readily available online. Here's where I got all my copies:
