Obsidian Frontier: The Next Generation

Post by NukeHavoc »

We've got some new PCs coming online. Cory posted a write-up on his (see: viewtopic.php?f=43&t=4984) but I need to know more about Nate and Tom's characters (particularly for Sunday's game).

Based on the Society of Sages thread (viewtopic.php?f=43&t=4986) there's an interest in scholarly adventuring, which would be a fine hook for Sunday's game but it'd be helpful for me to know more.

Fen's Ego wrote:I rolled Zaphrym (Zap), a Gnome Sorcerer (wild magic), Sage background. Former librarian with stewardship of an arcane nobleman's collection. Stumbled across a profane tome of mixed race, multi partner 'genealogy' with his name as the latest entry. Obsessed with pursuing the possibility that he's the Gnomish Kwisatz Haderach or Antichrist. After confronting his benefactor, was outcast and "coincidentally" set upon by marauders. Discovered his wild magic during the attack after sneezing and turning all the attackers into chess pieces, but one.
Tom can elaborate but I wanted to make sure you saw this.

Note, I wouldn't say Fargrim is retired. More like a cantankerous auxiliary that occasionally can be convinced to help you poor sops...
