Frickin' Maure Castle! :)

Even with the untimely death of Silas, I really did enjoy the adventure last night. Maure Castle is deadly, yes, but tons of fun, even though the Guards and Wards spell is a pain to deal with. :)

In reflecting on last night's events, I noticed that every augury spell I cast came back with *at least* a Woe, result (along with the WOE result. I'm thinking that will be the default for Maure castle. :)

Yeah, it's pretty much always going to be Woe. Not many weals lie with in the dungeon that aren't surrounded by layer after layer of woeness. :)

Glad you enjoyed it -- if nothing else Friday's session offered one of our more impressive character deaths.

Yeah... if Silas gets resurrected, he'll become a semi-npc type like George Fillerman, perhaps minding things and doing research in Seltaren.
