I've posted a writeup on the Followers of the Earth Dragon to the Griffin's Crier.

For the sake of in-game knowledge, assume that Thom gathered this information while working at Fire-Eaters.

You guys are so paranoid. A new church shows up, just trying to help people, and you get all suspicious and twitchy. Can't you just accept the followers of the Earth Dragon for the sensible, down-to-earth servants of the people they are?

Kerth isnt a big fan yet. They seem helpful, but the one he talked to was awfully radical.
