To move on to a side discussion (ignoring how you feel about their look), Moths and I were talking. How awesome would it be to get game related content for your new avatar? Like you purchase fallout 3? Now you get a Vault 101 jumpsuit you can wear. Halo 3? Master Chief's armor.
They have stated they will be adding new options for the avatars every two weeks. So we can only hope! (And wonder what kind, if any, price tag will go with them).

M$ has been talking about exactly those kinds of things. Finished Halo 3? You can now wear a t-shirt with the H3 logo - stuff like that. And duds for your avatar will replace the purchased Gamerpics - stuff like that.
