Google Wave canceled

It looks like Google Wave has been canceled:

Apparently it's going away by the end of the year, so we should be sure to finish up the current BT story before then. It's a bummer -- Google Wave has worked *great* for Battletech, but then again it's pretty much sucked for everything else I've done with it.

I'm not sure what we'll replace it with though. I wonder if there's a dice roller for phpBB?

Agreed. And I think we can keep rolling through the fall with Wave; they're not supposed to turn it off until year's end. If nothing else we should be able to finish up the current mission.

BTW I came across a dice rolling plugin for phpBB that might do what we want (similar deal to Google Wave, in that you can give it an equation and it rolls the appropriate dice).
