I want to try it out too...since THIS IS THE GAME I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR FOR THE LAST 30 YEARS!!!!
Or at least, it is the one that I have been waiting for that does not suck. Usual caveats apply for me (i.e. I'd prefer to paint my own stuff, ect). I might pick up the starter in the fall, since my money is tied up right now saving for vacation, buying the kids summer clothes, etc. And it's pretty expensive ($100 for the stuff you get in it...) so we'll see when I can get it...

Hmmm, looks ok, but really, it is just X-Wing sized up to the bigger ships. It feels to me like the really revolutionary design was in the development of X-Wing, and this is just iterating it.
And, yes, it looks great, and I'm sure it plays well (because X-Wing does), and I'm glad it exists. But, having played X-Wing, I don't feel a supremely pressing need to play this.

See this is what makes me want to try it. XWing style mechanics but with Star Destroyers! Sweet!!Jonkga wrote:Hmmm, looks ok, but really, it is just X-Wing sized up to the bigger ships.
