Star Wars Battlefront

Post by Hardcorhobbs »

Now that we all own Star Wars Battlefront for ps4... best buy has the "Ultimate Edition" for $20 ($15.99 Gamers Club Price). That's with all the DLC (season pass is $30). I may pick this up to get the cheap DLC.

Is SW Battlefront multiplayer only?

It has some training stuff you can do solo... but essentially yes: Online Multiplayer only.

PS - Ordered the "Ultimate" Edition. The Rogue One content looks great, and I've heard the Deathstar runs are very fun.

What's "Gamers Club" at Best Buy?

There's no true offline campaign, but there's a fair amount of solo and co-op stuff you can do. Granted, it's all basically just multiplayer AI, but it's not bad as a training run. The kids have been enjoying the game greatly on Xbox One (particularly when their friends come over).

Gamers club is a $30 for two years program that grants you 20% off games. :)

FYI: EA makes it really painful, inconvenient, and in the end -- just plain stupid -- to create a child account:

FYI, I just purchased Star Wars Battlefront Ultimate Ed. Currently on sale on the PS4 store for $20, and the normal ed is $10.
