Twilight: 2000

Post by NukeHavoc »

Twilight 2000 is probably the first non-D&D game I ever played (the first non-D&D game I bought was Star Frontiers, but I never really got to play that one).

A new edition is being kickstarted. Wisely, it's set in an alternate universe where the Soviet Union never collapsed. The new edition is a boxed set and I'm strongly tempted to pick this up.

I would be willing to give it a try. Altenate universe works I suppose. I wonder how much they will update it, given we pretty much know what sort of new gear the Russians had in 2000 (i.e. not a whole lot of difference).

Swedish map? Cool dice? Middle school nostalgia? A freaking boxed set? OK, take my money damn it.

I got the boxed set. SEK 498.00 (about $57).
