I created this as a sticky topic to talk about useful source materials for the dwarven campaign.

Dragon #278

I was readying through Dragon #278 last night, which has several excellent articles on dwarves, including:
  • A Short History of Dwarves (real world dwarven history)
    A Dwarven Lexicon (dwarven language)
    Cry Havoc (dwarven war cries)
    Forge and Hammer (dwarven society)
The Old Words are the Best Words (dwarven sayings)
I'm about halfway through it. Bob -- have you read these articles, and what do you think of them? How much of this do you think we should incorporate into Greyhawk?

Ken, also look at Dragon 261 for a great dwarven name generator.

That is where Moraim's name (as well as Durric) originated...

I've added all this to the campaign page under "References"

BTW, if you haven't been to the Khelez-Mar campaign page lately, you should stop by -- Bob's been very busy.
