Hmmm. Drawing out the hobbit into two movies may turn out to be okay.

But I'm seriously liking the decpticon angle.

While the comic is funny, I agree with his more serious post about a "expanded universe" movie. I'm sure there's things hinted at that happen in between the hobbit and the trilogy, but is there really enough for a movie? I like whats been done but I'm not really gung-ho for anything besides doing the Hobbit.

There's seriously written so much "expanded LotR universe" already! I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they're planning to work that stuff into the film, but haven't flat-out announced it yet.
