Yes, they're both good and bad. I scored some pretty significant finds there (the Japanese production "Yamato," The Finnish epic "Winter War," as well as the self critical German movie "Die Brücke"), but my Dad bought the documentary series "Vietnam: the 10,000 day war" (probably the best televised documentary of the type, coming out before the war porn of the History Channel and others), and it must have been a multi-generation copy because the transfer quality was very poor. We couldn't get our money back either (bought at WWII day, so all sales are final). IMHO, hit them up when they have a booth at a con or WWII day so you can examine the product. If not, then I'd be careful.
