Looks like they deleted the thread!

Essentially, one individual was attempting to sue Topps, for alleged copyright infringement for a story he had up on classicbattletech.com that he claims was unpaid for and canonized Battletech's first...furry. He wants to sue Topps for this infrignement, with the ultimate goal of taking over the IP!. No one really has any belief he has a leg to stand on (the IP violation was in error and happened when the website transition from a fansite to an official site, and was quickly taken down when it was discoveed to be an error), and really...furries in Battletech? I can't EVER see the development team ever approving this...

The net result of which this may delay CGL from aquiring the IP...
