Also, I'm wondering about the different ways to unlock more cards for my decks. I know that playing the campaign will open up more cards, as I've been playing the expansion campaign and opening up new cards from my old decks.
What other ways are there, though?

I'm 11:30 to 8pm this week.
I'd be up for more Magic or other games as well, any night this week.
As for unlocking cards, playing the campaigns is the only reliable way I've found to unlock cards. Online play and co-op play doesn't always unlock cards, the way the single-player campaign does, at least in my experience.
