Since this stuff is Phil's ticket into the Cyphermages, we should secret this stuff away and give him first crack at it before telling anyone else... that way he's the expert.

As far as the expedition to Devil's Elbow goes, Skender is personally now more motivated by pursuing the Dark Elf and learn how she caused the Blot over his home city and called the meteor down than recovering the Sky Metal for Clegg, though letting Clegg fund our expedition for us and have two separate motivations not at cross purposes is an option. I guess it depends on who else would sponsor us, such as whether Phil has success with the Cyphermages, etc.
