Salsar:

Try to fence his share (or anyone elses) of the non-coin loot from the Emperor.

Find a weaponmaster to further his skills with the bastard sword (so he can take weapon specialization at 4th level)

Spend his loot on some improved items (masterwork bastard sword, armor, etc.)

Look for more work adventuring, or as an experienced bodyguard or watchman

Prug will hang out at the Temple of Zodal and consider how to best distribute the charitable funds provided by merchant wazts-hz-face.
