Helping out Ellington

Since I recently discovered that I hadn't played Ellington for several years and he was woefully underprepared, both Kalib and Ellington will be spending some time to upgrade his weaps/armor.

Below are some of the enchanting I will be doing:

upgrade +1 bastard sword to +2 Keen Holy bastard sword.
32,000 gold - 2,000 gold (for already being a +1 bastard sword) = 30,000 gp market cost
Time to create = 30 days
Cost to create = 15k gold
XP to create = 1200


Ellington will also be making some Incense of Meditation.
He has 3 blocks now, he will create 5 more.
4900 x 5 = 24500 gp total
Time to create = 25 days
Cost to create = 12,250 gold
XP to create = 980

And since Kalib made his spiffy new armor, he will give Ellington the +4 Chain Mail that was recovered in the battle against Zaund.

Kalib is also going to upgrade Ellington's +1 Hv Mace to a Ghost Touch weapon, which adds another effective +1.

+2 weap = 8k, minus the cost of a +1 weap which is 2k = 6000 gold
Time to create = 6 days
Total Cost = 3k
XP Cost = 240

Kalib is also going to upgrade Ellington's Masterwork Light Crossbow to a +2 Bane vs Outsiders.

18,000 total cost for +3 weapon
Time to Create = 18 days
Cost to create = 9k
XP to create = 720

And Ellington's going to make some potions.

Cure Moderate Wds x3 = 900 gp
Bulls Strength x3 = 900 gp
